Davidoff & Frey Capital is an activist, family-owned private equity investment firm based in Switzerland. The firm invests the family’s own capital from Zurich and, through Davidoff Capital (UK) Limited, from London.

We pursue investments with a long-term horizon, primarily in private equity, working closely with our portfolio companies and actively contributing to their entrepreneurial development and long-term success.

The firm does not provide services to third parties. However, we consider co-investment opportunities alongside other family investors, particularly in real estate and venture capital. In pursuing our investments, we regularly work with external specialists and advisers.
